Wonderla Q3, nine months turnover, net up

Bangalore: Wonderla Holidays belonging to V-Guard group has come out with an  impressive show. During the third quarter of the current fiscal, the revenue of the company that runs amusement parks in Bangalore and Kochi jumped to Rs65.37 crore from Rs51.16 crore in the previous quarter. However, its income during the period under review came substantially down when compared with the Rs71.15 crore in the same period last fiscal. Despite this, the company’s turnover during the first nine months of the current year went up to Rs221.95 crore from Rs213 crore in the same period last year. The company registered an impressive net profit of Rs6.53 crore in the third quarter as against Rs2.22 crore in the previous quarter. The corresponding figure for the same period last year was Rs4.39 crore. During the nine months period, the company’s profit advanced to Rs34.87 crore from Rs30.54 crore in the same period last year.
