MUMBAI: Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd and four other NBFCs have surrendered the Certificate of Registration granted to them by the Reserve Bank of India.
The others from the list are JP Morgan Advisors India Pvt. Ltd, Kettlewell Bullen & Co. Ltd. (Presently known as Gloster Ltd), Moneta Finance Pvt Ltd and Bhushan Information Technologies Pvt Ltd (Formerly known as Kalinga Pipes Ltd).
The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled their Certificate of Registration.
