KOCHI: Dr Nitish Shetty today (August 05) resigned as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aster DM Healthcare Ltd, India.
According to a company filing to the stock markets, Dr Shetty will be relieved from his responsibilities after 90 days of notice period.
In a letter addressed to the chairman and managing director (CMD) of the company, Dr Shetty stated that he was resigning from the present position for pursing an entrepreneurial opportunity.
“After a decade of dedicated service to Aster DM Healthcare, this decision has been reached after much consideration and reflection,” he added.
