DUBAI: Nakheel, a prominent entity within Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded AED 1.8 billion contract to ALEC Engineering & Contracting LLC for the construction of Como Residences, an exclusive residential tower located on the Palm Jumeirah.
The ambitious project reflects Nakheel’s esteemed legacy in delivering transformative developments that not only enhance the city’s skyline but also its global standing.
Scheduled for completion and handover in the second quarter of 2028, Como Residences will comprise 75 stories, soaring over 300 meters into the sky.
The luxurious tower will be home to just 81 exclusive residences, promising an unparalleled living experience characterized by opulence and sophistication.
Khalid Al Malik, the Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, emphasized the company’s commitment to creating world-class destinations, stating, “Como Residences builds on this legacy, reflecting our commitment to developing world-class destinations.”
