DUBAI: Imtiaz Developments, a dynamic Dubai-based real estate firm, has entered into a strategic partnership with Otis to equip 41 planned residential and mixed-use buildings in the UAE with state-of-the-art elevators and escalators.

These projects, scattered across the vibrant Dubailand and Dubai Islands districts, include a striking mix of waterfront apartments, community complexes, and contemporary residential towers.

The collaboration marks a significant step in future-proofing Imtiaz’s ambitious portfolio. Otis, recognised globally for its pioneering vertical transport technology, will provide bespoke solutions engineered to maximise performance, efficiency, and dependability for every project. The goal is clear: sustainability and long-term value, delivered through cutting-edge mobility solutions tailored to each building’s specific needs.

A senior Imtiaz representative highlights that the selection of Otis reinforces the company’s commitment to quality, elevating the resident experience at every interaction point.

Customised solutions

CEO Masih Imtiaz commented, “After a rigorous evaluation process, Otis stood out as the partner best equipped to meet and exceed our standards for reliability, safety, and future-facing technology. Integrating their systems will elevate our developments’ value and offer unparalleled living experiences to our residents and investors alike.”

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of this collaboration, with both companies dedicated to shaping the skyline and future of real estate in the region and beyond. Each project will see Otis customising its solutions to meet specific building requirements, ensuring seamless operation and energy efficiency.

Imtiaz Developments, which last June began construction on its Dh600 million ($163.35 million) Cove Residence in Dubai, continues to make waves in the luxury real estate market.

With completion targeted for the second quarter of 2027, the company’s embrace of advanced mobility solutions is set to redefine standards in the UAE property sector.
