Godrej Properties stands top with Rs22,527 crore of sales
NEW DELHI: Eighteen major listed real estate developers sold properties worth Rs 1.17 lakh crore during the last fiscal with Godrej Properties becoming the largest player posting Rs22,527 crore of sales bookings.
Except for a few realty players, all major developers have achieved higher sales bookings in 2023-24 compared to the preceding financial year.
This was largely driven by strong demand for residential properties, especially luxury homes, across major cities.
