KOCHI: Muthoot Capital Services Ltd has completed a securitization transaction of Rs85.97 crore on November 30, 2019, according to a company filing on December 2, 2019.
With this transaction, the company has so far raised total funds of Rs451.61 crore through securitization / direct assignment transactions during the current financial year.
The company said the entire pool of securitisation is from the non-priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in this regard.
Muthoot Capital Services is one of India’s leading automobile financing companies with presence in 20 states and having as customer base of more than 7 lakh. The latest financials show the company has assets of close to Rs3000 crore under management.
