No dividend claim against 74,000 CIAL shares

KOCHI: Eighty shareholders of Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) holding a little over 74,000 shares have not yet claimed the dividend for the last five years – from 2016-17 (FY17) to 2022-23 (FY23), according to a statement released by CIAL management. The official note from CIAL has called upon the shareholders to claim the dividend against these shares on or before October 10, failing which these shares will be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
