MUMBAI: Neeraj Arora has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director on the board of One97 Communications Ltd, the parent company of Paytm, from the close of business hours with effect from June 17, 2024.

Arora said in a statement issued to the board, “Consequently, I will also be stepping down as member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Investment Committee
