Japanese car makers stop squeezing part makers

TOKYO: Japanese car makers have finally agreed to end the decade old exploitation of their suppliers and have assured the government that the smaller companies would be treated fairly.

The Japanese government is concerned about the age-old practice of big corporations using their bargaining power unjustly and sometimes illegally on the parts makers to slash the price they demand. Now the country seeks to boost wages at small and medium companies. BBNB
